- Q: I already have a website, do I need to change my hosting?
A: No, if you are happy with your existing website and simply want another option for your mobile visitors, we have the solution to meet your needs. What we do is place a bit of code on your existing website so that it recognizes when visitors arrive using a mobile device. In those cases, the server then seamlessly redirects your mobile visitors to your new mobile site, while conventional visitors still see your main website.
- Q: Can I see the mobile website on my computer?
A: Yes, we will provide you with a direct link where you can view your mobile website at any time, with any browser.
- Q: My current website is (more or less) viewable on my iPhone - why bother changing it?
A: Studies of mobile users have shown that mobile users are a great audience - if they are on your website, they are there for a reason and if they find what they are looking for, you've got a customer. Why make them wade through pages of data looking for what they came there for, or even worse, subject them to a desktop design which isn't at all user friendly on a 2 inch screen. - Q: What sort of information will you include on my new mobile site?
A: This depends a little on your industry and target audience, but in general we try to answer the major journalistic questions - who, what, where, when, how, and why, meaning that we will provide your visitors with a succinct description of who you are, what you do, where and how you do it, and why they should buy from you.
- Q: How long does it take to build my site?
A: It usually takes us 1-2 business days to build your new mobile website and add it on to your existing website, depending on the amount of information we put on your new website, and whether or not we need to do any image or color customization.
- Q: What does it cost to get a mobile site through you guys?
A: We charge $75 to build it, and $10 a month (or $110 per year) for hosting. If you have another website with us, your mobile website hosting will drop to only $7 per month or $75 per year.
- Q: What about changes? If I need to change my mobile site down the road, will it cost extra?

A: QR codes are two-dimensional barcodes which are readable by QR scanners, camera phones, and smartphones. The code consists of black modules arranged in a square pattern on white background. The information encoded can be text, URL or other data. Common in Japan, where it was created by Toyota subsidiary Denso-Wave in 1994, the QR code is one of the most popular types of two-dimensional barcodes.
